ENJOY ACCESS TO GROUP INDOOR CYCLING and GOLF COACHING IN BEAUTIFUL BANCROFT, IOWA!

My Story

I started Spinning® when I was in the USAF. When we retired to Bancroft I realized that I missed the cardio benefits I received from cycling regularly.  Through a family member, I was introduced to outdoor cycling  and RAGBRAI, but the harsh winters we enjoy in Iowa limited my ability to cycle all year around.  So, I  introduced Bancroft to Spinning®!  After completing my certification, I opened in a shared space uptown, then a couple of years ago I decided to build my own studio.  I soon realized that once summer arrives people would rather enjoy the outdoors. So, for those interested in outdoor cycling we now have The Energy Spot Cycling Club and ride three times a week, twice locally and on Saturdays we explore the many trails Iowa and Southern Minnesota have to offer.

How did golf become a part of The Energy Spot?  Well, I'm also an avid golfer and coach high school golf.  I added individual golf coaching to my program to promote the game locally and all golf proceeds benefit the Girl's High School Golf program in the form of new equipment or practice opportunities at an indoor golf simulator.
